Ellyn S. Butler graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1985.  Since 1985, her law practice has concentrated in real estate transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.  She also has experience with collection matters, entity formation, and estate planning and administration.  Ms. Butler’s responsibilities include lender representation, loan documentation, conducting settlements, title examination, resolution of title issues, and estate planning and administration.
